Dave Pantos

Dave is a private attorney who owns his own law firm in the Old Market of Omaha. Dave primarily represents residential tenants in housing law. Dave volunteers regularly with the Volunteer Lawyers Project Tenant Assistance Project. Dave is also the Vice Chairperson of the Threshold Continuum of Care for the Homeless. 

Dave serves as a nominating committee member of the 4th Judicial Circuit Juvenile Justice Commission. Dave is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, the Omaha Bar Association, and the Public Interest Law Committee. In 2022, Dave was the Democratic nominee for Douglas County Attorney.
